Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury and property damage claims
  • Ensure claims are analyzed for coverage and adjusted and paid within company guidelines
  • Stay on an active diary system
  • Work with vendors, lawyers, independent adjusters, investigators, and others involved in the claims process
  • Monitor expenses paid to ensure effective cost management
  • Manage the salvage process

Requirements

  • 3+ years bodily injury claims experience
  • Adjuster license or willingness to obtain
  • Strong written communication; able to communicate clearly with everyone involved in the claim
  • Able to collaborate with team members
