1. Who we are

Dominion Claim Solutions, Inc. (“Dominion”, “we”, “us”) is a Third Party Administrator headquartered in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. This policy covers the public marketing site at dominionclaim.com. It does not cover the carrier-facing claims platforms we administer on behalf of our insurance partners; those have their own notices.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us. If you email us, fill out a form, or apply through the careers page, we receive the information you provide (name, email, phone, message, resume).
• Basic usage data. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp). We use this to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
• Analytics data. If you accept the cookie banner, we load privacy-respecting analytics that record page views and interactions in aggregate. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies

The only cookie we set before you choose is the consent cookie itself (“dcs_consent”), so we know whether to ask again. Optional analytics and tracking tools only run after you click Accept. If you click Decline, those tools are not loaded for the session. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser and revisiting the site; the banner will reappear.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries and application materials are retained for as long as is reasonable to respond to your request or to consider you for future positions, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short rolling window for operational and security purposes.

• Opting out of analytics.Decline the cookie banner, or use your browser’s tracking-protection features.

8. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for the public site and follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
